Certified Chef Eddie Wilson and his staff will share their recipes and techniques with our guests at BAC on a variety of cooking products, including our Dacor professional cook top, DIVA Induction cooktop, Dacor convection ovens and Miele Steam oven. Cooking demonstrations are free and are held bi-monthly in the evenings at our Englewood showroom.
