Certified Chef Eddie Wilson and his staff will share their recipes and techniques with our guests at BAC on a variety of cooking products, including our Wolf professional cook top, Wolf double oven, Dacor convection oven and the Monogram Advantium oven. Cooking demonstrations are free and are held monthly in the evenings at our Fort Collins showroom.
